5 sandwiches were missing from my order, the 6 Krystal I received were made wrong, and THIS is how one of my Chiks looked. The staff is very nice, but I haven’t had a correct order from them in quite some time!
After several good visits the food was terrible on my last visit. The fries were cold and like rubber. The burgers were old, cold, stale and inedible. $15.32 went in the trash.
Takes an hour just to get your food from the drive thru. Customer service is terrible, when they mess up your order and you take it back wanting it fixed, they refuse to do so.
