This location has gone down I wasted my money cold nasty food and this use to be the spot. They couldn’t love their jobs it showed in the service. As I waited on my order I looked on the years of dust on their drive through monitors and smh Krystal’s please do better
Customer service sucks even the Managers are Ghetto lacks training and customer service! They need to clean up this restaurant ! I will never return!! the food was Cold and they got upset when I told them it was cold and that I wanted a refund.

I grew up in Evans, Ga and now live in Virginia. I look forward to getting me a bite of down home heaven from Krystal when i come through there. Sunday around lunch time, the staff was horrible. The place was dirty. I felt uncomfortable going in and when i had to park to wait for my food, the lady that brought it was ok but she handed me tge bag of food then walked up the sidewalk and light a cig. I wont be going back to this one unfortunitly.
The young lady working drive there was awesome love her Friday morning August 11 She should be awarded for such a great job Keep up the good work���

The girl that worked the drive thru had a nasty attitude. It's too early n the morning to have an attitude with the customers. When Dealing with Customers Service you got to b a people person.
