Never have biscuits for breakfast!!!!!!!
Florence needs a GM that respects the employees! Yelling at them and treating them like they can do all the jobs at one time, while the GM sits in the office on their cell phones while customers are in the store and drive through, and expecting one employee to take care of drive through and the front and kitchen. WAKE UP DM and hire a GM that will not run over their employees! ,
When you go to Florence Krystal and order your food the order is always wrong hard to get right back over there if you live in Sheffield so he said put them in the fridge and bring back when you can it may be two weeks before I get back to Florence never again will I eat from there could have put my name down and replaced it but about 9 dollars wasted haha thanks krystal
I was the only car in the drive thru, would have been nice to have cheese on my burgers like I asked and paid for�
We are new to Florence and have been to this Krystal twice. The first time the young man at the register me when I ask for 2 large sweet teas that there wasn't any and he had no idea how to make it, then ask me why I wanted to order tea from them when McDonald's 2 blocks away had it for a dollar? I worked for Krystal's about 30 years ago and all I have to say us you put the tea bag in the machine and turn it on! Second time we went order was correct and fresh but I didn't order a tea!
Ordered a 6 piece boneless wing combo in the drive thru. Was told to pull up and they would bring it out. After 15 minutes, we got our food. Open the box, and there were only 5 wings. We told the girl that brought our food out that we only got 5 pieces. She went in and came back out and said they could drop another boneless wing, but it would take 20 more minutes. Really, they ask us to wait 20 more minutes for 1 boneless wing???? They could've at least offered a free apple pie or a coupon or something. We told her no thank ... read more
pitiful service. had everyone park and wait on there food. horrible customer service. I'll never go back to this krystals. sad too because I loved krystals
I showed up with a group of 40+ people. There was a hand written sign on the door that Said lobby closed when their regular hours said they were open till Midnight. The manager said they didn't have enough help to serve us, so we went to Taco Bell and they were happy to have us and we're staffed with about the same amount of people and greeted us all with a smile. The manager even came out and sang Happy Birthday to the Kids with Birthday's!! Thank you Taco Bell for your excellent service !!!
