Stop by one morning for breakfast and I ask for toast with a little butter this is what I was served and when I ask with the manager , he stated that he saw nothing wrong with it because he was the one that made it. He then offered to make some more for me but his attitude was very poor so I just declined his offer. Very poor customer service from the management.
Went there today @ 1:38pm they were pretty busy, drive thru was constant and dining room held a small motorcycle club plus 3-4 other groups. No one @ counter waiting to place order cashier ( Sherry C.) was right there, I placed 2 orders one for 24 cheeseburgers & one for 36 hamburgers stepped back and watched as Sherry and crew worked another 4 customers placed orders after I did and this crew HANDLED IT! Warm burgers. Shitty people working there. Second time customer. Will not return.
Received 2 raw cold unheated krystals, with one cooked Krystal. Got attitude from the "manager" and was yelled at. It took ALL OF MY SELF RESTRAINT to keep myself from dragging her out the window. Would love to be contacted by district manager or someone higher so I can explain incident. I will inbox my personal email and phone number. Will not be returning and will definitely inform everyone I know and come in contact with of this poor service.
It got rid of a good manager.the grits wasn't done.
