Today i orderd the 3 egg plate with tots and toast and bacon well only got what appeard to be 2 eggs maybe and 9 tots and too make matters worse the idiot girl turned it all upside down then hands out the window with a attitude so i get in a parking spot because lobby closed and dont have anything to eat with this place has become a joke and i will not reccomend this place anymore its sad that yall continue to hire folks like this that dont care about their jobs and ps instead busting through the already long line had to go ... read more

I just went through the drive thru and got 2 Krystal hamburgers and small fries. I pull off get on the interstate and tried to eat. The burgers were soaking wet and the fries were not done. It was so disgusting that I had to pull over and throw it in the trash! Those employees hAd to know these burgers were wet. I’ll never go there again!!
The service is slow, the employees are rude.
Southaven store - building is very old, needs to be scrubbed and cleaned. took long time to get food with no other customers there. Does not even come close to White Castle
Because of the location, it's an easy in and out. And the staff makes sure it's always great.
