Customer service is pathetic. I bought their top of the line rain gear and when It started to come apart they won't warranty it. I definitely will never by another piece of clothing from this company again.
These guys really know how to take care of the customers. Their products are fantastic. 100% recommend.
If someone wants to reach out and do the right thing I will take down this review. Don’t walk - run. Ton of defects in their clothing. Warranty is a lie. I have bought Sitka and Kuiu for years. I decided to try out a local company. The sales reps told me they make quality gear with a warranty. Never experience either of those things. I never even got to wear this jacket and it came apart in the wash (cold water, no detergent and gentle dry). I went to the outdoor showing at the fairgrounds and got a good deal on some sales. Very nice products and I was told they'd be at my front door in a week. Come to find out those pants were not in production anymore. I got my money back but was disappointed that I didn't get the product I bought. Now I'm torn to buy a different product or go elsewhere for business.
Seriously 2 checker for the amount of people that was at your sale we left after standing in the line for over an hour and didn't move 10 feet won't be back for that sale again
