KRW had my engine for 8 months to be rebuilt and it came back dirty with grease, grime, and sand still all over it. 8 months to put a crank, piston, and rings in a 250cc 4 stroke is unacceptable. Absolutely no communication and always beating around the bush when I called them. They didn't even bother checking valve clearances even after I told them the engine was hard to start and ticky before the bottom end went out. I was told "Oh, ktm's valves don't get worn because they're titanium." Which is completely a false statemen... read more

It doesn't get any better than this when it comes to knowledge of bikes and workmanship! these guys are wired tight and you never have to 2nd guess anything with KRW! excellent place to buy bikes and get repairs and etc.
