Laurie Weingart was suggested to me from my former boss to help me sell my parents estate. She was a god send. She was professional but down to earth, very knowledgeable and always kept me informed of showings and what potential buyers thought of the home. She made a very difficult and emotional time so much easier on myself and siblings. Not only did I find an amazing realtor I also found a friend.
I purchased two investment homes through Krutz Properties. During the due diligence we negotiated, wrote contracts, had inspections, cancelled contracts, etc. It was a lot of work and my agent wasn't meeting my expectations. This review started out to be negative and I thought this last closing would never take place.
