Horrible. It’s actually comical. The office itself is in a terrible location. Katie the receptionist is one of the rudest, nastiest people I’ve ever met in my life. Dr. Michael Krusinski is literally a crook and should have his license pulled. All I can say is KARMA. ? PS it’s required to leave a star rating in order to submit a review. This place does not even deserve one star it deserves to be shut down and bulldozed.

He does work that isn’t necessary and charges your insurance. His receptionist is poorly mannered and has no personality. Do yourself a favor and find a different dentist!!! Awful!

Very Good Dr Krusinski is a wonderfully consistent dentist who leaves my teeth feeling clean.

First time and last time at this office. I lost a filling and I went to have it replaced, but I still have the cavity I went in for. He ended up working on the other side of my mouth which I had no issues with. I questioned what he was doing and he said there was a cavity there as well. Also, the office would not let me make a six month appoint which I'm glad.

awful business practices This practice is terrible. They cancel appointments MOST of the time. They call the day before your appointment and leave you a message saying you have to call back or they will cancel your appointment. If, like us, you don't get the message till you get home from work, though luck. They're closed when you call. And that appointment that took you 3 months to get, it's gone.
