Took my truck in for death wobble and it was pretty clear they took the lazy way to diagnose it. They found the first thing wrong and fixed that only to tell me that it still has more problems when I went to pick it up. Barely gave me any more information on what else it could be. On top of that they charged me $80 for a “steering” alignment (just adjusting my steering, not a real alignment) had zero paperwork for an actual real alignment. First off, if I could leave more than 5 stars I definitely would! My experience at Krusher Offroad was exactly how all business interactions should be like. From the moment I spoke with one of their mechanics, Robert, who took 20 minutes out of his busy schedule to talk to me over the phone, answering so many questions we had in regards to lifting my son’s Jeep. I can’t say enough good things about the guys here. Being a female and trying to do anything Car related is usually a nightmare, but not at this place! Any questions I had or any concerns Armin answered respectfully and never once did I feel like I was being taken advantage of for being a chick.
