The guys at Krusher are legitimately some of the nicest, most knowledgeable mechanics I've ever met. It's obvious that they not only understand how offroad vehicles work, but know about every variety of Jeep. I came in with my 1990 Jeep YJ just wanting a general service, and Armen actively talked me out of doing extra services that I didn't need. If I could give more than 5 stars I would, and I am going to be returning here as long as I own 4x4s.
Amazing customer service from Armen and Gary! They were knowledgeable, honest, and never tried to upsell me or push parts I didn't need which I really appreciated. I had a lift installed on my new Jeep JL, and they got me scheduled and completed the installation the same week. I highly recommend them for your off-road parts and installation needs!
Took my truck in for death wobble and it was pretty clear they took the lazy way to diagnose it. They found the first thing wrong and fixed that only to tell me that it still has more problems when I went to pick it up. Barely gave me any more information on what else it could be. On top of that they charged me $80 for a “steering” alignment (just adjusting my steering, not a real alignment) had zero paperwork for an actual real alignment. First off, if I could leave more than 5 stars I definitely would! My experience at Krusher Offroad was exactly how all business interactions should be like. From the moment I spoke with one of their mechanics, Robert, who took 20 minutes out of his busy schedule to talk to me over the phone, answering so many questions we had in regards to lifting my son’s Jeep.
