Jason was very responsive and kept us in the loop with when he would be coming to take down our large ash tree and a handful of damaged arborvitae trees. We live in a lower area that is wet for awhile after rain showers, but Jason was able to navigate that so his crew didn't ruin our yard. We'll definitely use Kruse Tree Trim again!!
Great people to work with.
I called them on Tuesday morning about my tree trunk which needed to be cut into fire wood. They promised that the work would be done on Thursday or Friday as they had other work near by. Late Friday afternoon as the work was still undone, I called back and was told that their field manager would call me back to arrange a new time for the work to be done.
