I had service done today - a mirror fixed that was broken when I bought my Traverse. I'm very dissappointed my vehicle was not complimentary washed as this is a service they advertise that we can use at any time. If they had my vehicle why not wash it? In the past the Ford side had always washed my vehicle when servicing. This time I had to use the GM side and they did not. They picked up my vehicle. Called about a car early in the morning, was told it was available, so I drove 1 1/2 hours. The car that was shown online and supposedly on the lot was not going to be sold for another month. Sales associate was wonderful, but I’m quite upset about making the trip and wasting my day and another driver’s, on an advertised car that was stated by an associate to be on the lot, was not available for sale.
