This place has totally lost my business. I spent an eye-watering amount of money this week on an unexpected issue with my car while traveling through the area and I returned to kruse because I had a good experience with them a few years ago. This place is the most deceitful auto scammers I have ever met. Drove 1.5 hours from Chicago to look at a car at this scammers . I was told by Liz who works at kuse not to be late and please be thoughtful and respectful. First of all I am never late and would have called prior to any cancellation.
