Kruse Grimm Brix Florists went above and beyond to deliver an item for me on short notice. Very professional and courteous!
The worst experience imaginable!! They didn’t deliver my flowers, told me they couldn’t because it was too early!!! Couldn’t get them there in three hours! Put me on hold for 20 minutes just to cancel the order, while I was missing the viewing of my dear aunt!! Still haven’t received my refund almost a week later!!! Calling the BBB!!!!!

Best florist in the Oakville/Arnold area! Ordered two homecoming wristlets an they by far exceeded my expectations! Went in there one time to order, came back a week or so later and the wonderful girl remembered me by face!! Awesome service, I have recommended this florist to all I know! The flowers were the amazing!
