    Me and my husband felt good about renting a spot at Kruse auto for our travel trailer for the winter. What we didnt know is that our trailor would be stolen and the owner would treat us like crap when we asked where our trailor was! He has cameras! He told my husband he noticed our trailor was gone 2 weeks prior and thought we came and took it but he never called us and asked if we came and took it! He told my husband to take it up with our insurance. He didn't have time to go through his cameras! IT'S OUR TRAVEL TRAILER! We trusted him to take care of our trailor! we paid rent faithfully every month for our lot rent! He was nice when we rented the space but was a BITCH when our trailor was taken! personally I think he has something to do with it! I will never recommend his buisness to anybody! and by the way I am talking to bbb and my lawyers!

    I've been a customer of Kruse for over three years. In that time I cannot count the number of good experiences I've had with them. Jim, the head mechanic, is a good and honest man, and the work of his crew is excellent and more than fairly priced. I cannot recommend the shop more highly.

    We went in for a simple oil change and got just that, not that my lug nuts were stripped and I had to get them fixed right away, and the prices were reasonable as well. The Saturday hours are a plus as I work five days a week and work odd hours. A+

    I had my car break down today suddenly. Jim was extremely kind and helpful and got it all taken care of the same day at a very reasonable price. Great service!!
