I have seen two houses they are redoing and they are bad. First house has mold coming through the walls and they are painting over it, you can smell moisture in the basement and there is water damage on the ceiling all they do is cover up big issues. They also claimed to fix the foundation. They covered the outside of the house foundation with a rubber to make it look like they fixed it.
