First initial consultation and they have a backup of patients in the waiting room. Not happy with this service
I had to go in as an emergency visit due to an infected wisdom tooth that needed to be removed immediately. I was very nervous so I'm not too sure about how I felt about Dr. Krupp his self but his assistant Tricia was incredible. She did her best to calm me down and tried keeping my mind off of what was about to go down. She is very friendly and nice. Anyone who does go, I definitely recommend having her as the assistant.
I was referred to Krupp from my son's orthodontist. I received their card and his orthodontist office faxed Krupp his referral. I was told they would call me to set up an appointment once Krupp's office had time to review his file. My son was to have a few extractions for his orthodontics to work properly. I had all four of my wisdom teeth removed this morning by Dr. Krupp and assistant Tricia. The most enjoyable part for me was his lovely assistant Tricia, not only was she extremely professional and explained everything thoroughly to me but when I was nervous today she was so unbelievably comforting the entire time. I thanks her from the bottom of my heart for what she did. The overall staff was friendly and helpful, they were also able to fit me in very quickly.
Kudos and great heartfelt thanks to Dr.Bernard Krupp (an oral and maxillofacial surgeon) of The Krupp Center for easily, PAINLESSLY and gracefully pulling my infected & broken tooth on Friday morning. I am a real chickens*%# about getting any dental work done but he and his truly friendly & welcoming staff made it almost an enjoyable experience. Afterwards I didn't bleed much and didn't even need to take the prescribed painkiller. AMAZING!!!!! . Feeling enormously thankful!
My experience was great from the friendly staff, nice waiting room, and Dr. Krupp being straight forward about what needed to be done that day and in the future all on short notice which was great of them to do, I will be back for sure.
