Dr. Patel and her staff impressed me from the get go. They all are caring, kind and helpful. Messages are always answered. I feel well taken care of and have never felt rushed.
Dr. Patel took her time to listen to my concerns and answered each one of them. They made sure all my needs are taken care of at the appointment. The front was helpful! I was in and out quickly. There was no wait time. I like how they have the blood work done at the same place that saves me time! Highly recommended
I am deeply disappointed with my recent experience with Dr. Patel, especially considering this is my first negative encounter with ARC. After my annual check-up, I received test results that were slightly abnormal. However, it took a full week just to get a response from Dr. Patel, and when I finally did, the message was vague and unhelpful.
