I credit doctor Pandey with greatly improving my quality of life. On my first visit she bluntly explained to me that previous meds were not working. She didnt just tell me, she showed me how and why. she is a doctor who is not afraid to tell you like it is, but she is also willing to explain in layman terms the treatment you are recieving. she also balances her "tell it like it is" attitude with a great deal of empathy. my favorite doctor (and i see quite a few). i actually look forward to my visits

Avoid like the plague. I was recently diagnosed with a brain bleed and was advised to reach out to this office for care as soon as I was discharged from the emergency room. Well two weeks later and I’ve yet to get an actual person from this office on the phone to book an appointment and now my treated has delayed and my recovery is at risk. Do yourself a favor and take your health as a priority and reach out to another doctor to get seen the time you’ll waste trying to contact this office is not worth it

Dr. Panday is absolutely amazing, however the support staff management of patients suck. While they are all sweet and amazing, you can never get a actual person in office on the phone. Its always the damn answering service. You may or may not get a call back (business day 6 with no return call) I mean were not just reaching out because we simply wanna chat.

I was diagnosed with multiple chlorosis, and Dr. Pandey has helped me greatly by finding the best treatment that keeps me stable. She is very professional, and I recommend her 100%.
