After trying to purchase a home in montague nj through krumpfer, ive been given mixed information through the firm regarding the purchase process and requirements of the home. The seller "accepted" my offer is what i was told however there was then no paperwork to show for that. Meanwhile a week later im told the seller has got 2 other offers after theyve already accepted mine.
