Service wasn't good at all January of 2024, while plowing snow, they had a driver quit in the middle their circle k lots in streator illinois, I got call in to take over the 5 lots that driver had, only to find out, the owner of krugs took credit for 2 of the highest paying circle k lots, and got paid for them, basically stole $13,500, which is for January-to April, very dishonest company

Krug’s snow removal was excellent! They initially didn’t have any availability, but then a few minutes later called us back saying that another customer had cancelled. It was very kind of them to call back right away and provide us service on such short notice. The gentleman did a wonderful job, even shoveled out each of our vehicles. Thank you, Krugs!
