My experience with this company was extremely poor from beginning to end. I paid a very high price for an emergency roof tarp that did not prevent water intrusion. In my experience, the tarp was ineffective, water continued entering the home, and the resulting situation cost me substantial time, money, and stress. Kruger covered my roof hole after a tree fell through. The claim was so small I canceled it with my insurance company. Kruger sent me a statement for the insurance company the next day for $754 for tarp work instructing me not to pay. Assuming this was the price for insurance purposes I called them to let them know I was paying for this on my own and could they adjust the price accordingly. Scam artists. Get someone else. They charge 250 to tell you how much for a tarp. Which is then completely over priced. Was under the impression they also fix the roof not just tarp. Every other roofing company that I called that actually fixes the issue does free estimates. I’m out 250 for no reason.
