Susan is hormonal and rude. She treats other people that she deals with as if they are dirt under her feet. (including other agents) I would not use this agent, she is not professional and if you are buying a home from her, be careful you never know what Susan you are going to get, you could get nice Susan or you could get bi polar Susan! She also acts like she does all the work when in reality she leaves people hanging. very poor communication! If there was an option for zero stars she would get it!!!
We recently purchased a home through Susan. We couldn't have been happier with her service. She is very prompt, never left us hanging. We highly recommend her to anyone looking for their dream home. She gets things done. Always had our best interest in mind.
