Dr Krug is a friendly and compassionate dentist. He always tells me like it is without trying to sugarcoat it and explains the options available. His practice is a one man show and appts. are not always as planned but he will spend the necessary time with each patient. I have been go to his office since it opened. It is not fancy office but the care is excellent.
I’ve been going to Dr. Krug for over 20 year And still drive in to Ebensburg from Pittsburgh to see him. He’s knowledgeable, professional, and even though dental work can be intimidating still makes the visits fun and I know my teeth are in good hands. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.
This guy expects his customers to be psychic about his hours of operation. He doesn't post them anywhere, either on Google, Facebook, his voicemail, or at his office. I called his office with a dental emergency for 6 days trying to get an answer to this question and get an appointment. Instead of showing respect for his customers he told me I was not welcome there when I confronted him about this. He also did the same thing to my brother. Avoid this guy at ALL COSTS!
The only objection I have is that he usually has political talk shows on the radio. Unfortunately I don't agree with his opinions which makes for a less 'pleasant' experience than if he would have some nice relaxing music playing.
Kevin is the "best dentist" ever!!I had veneers done by him and he does excellent work!!!
The receptionist told me they had not taken new patients in 4 years, nor could they recommend anyone else because they were all full too. I simply called to schedule a teeth cleaning as a new patient.

Do you trust this dentist to only recommend dental procedures you need? Absolutely! I'm very confident they have my best interest in mind Does this provider welcome questions? Absolutely! They are happy to answer all of my questions Does this provider always put the customer first? Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen
