Love love love this place and Tim such a great guy.
Excellent service very fast process for me buying my own, first car. However, if you are getting a loan through your own bank, ask them if you will need the letter of intent and if you have a down payment, the cashier's check separate as well. This was a small issue that needed resolved since my bank typically only gave the letter of intent and that paper would handle the down payment cashier's check. Beautiful and wonderfully functioning car. Thank you!
Went here to find a cheap vehicle for my son. Found one in our price range that met our needs. Shortly after we purchased the vehicle it would not start. I was worried we would be stuck, because we bought it "as is". However when I called Krug Auto and told them what happened they towed the vehicle back and repaired it the same day. Very greatful for their integrity and willingness to make the situation right. Will be back if we ever need another low cost used vehicle.
I didn't have any interaction with anyone here. Stopped in to check out a couple of vehicles. They all looked to be in good shape.
