Hello. August 8'th my wife and i were celebrating our 35'th anniversary. We were on vacation and staying a couple of days in Crescent City. The window on our car fell off the track and we could'nt get anyone to fix it as it was a sunday. I was sold the wrong product for our needs by one of the owner's sons, when I contacted Brian-that owner, he was so incredibly rude that I am still in a state of shock about it. Besides being such a jerk, they are so ridiculously expensive, wanted to charge $30.00 to deliver a $10.00 garbage can to a home less than a mile away. Horrible! Stay away!
Brady Hardware used to be a fantastic place to shop and I always try to support local businesses in my community - NEVER AGAIN. The son (Cory) has taken over and ruined Brady Hardware. The apple has fallen far from the tree. So, if any consumer is in the mood to deal with a petulant child with an entitlement complex that can only result from nepotism while paying inflated prices for an outdated and understocked selection - this is your store!
Love this store with its helpful employees, and very clean feed storage area. I have never left this feed store disappointed.
my mom went shopping and after fiinding what she wanted the lady refused her credit card because it wasn't a certain amount - I wonder if L&M knows thats illegal? then the lady wouldn't take her check because my mom didn't have her lic. - mom left it all behind!! they lost a sale - that ok, mom found a small home grown business to spend her money asked with no strange questions! I love the 5 cent copies I can get here! I go at least once a year when I make copies of my Christmas letter. I also like the very convenient location--downtown and so close to the Post Office!!
I have found at least 3 different stores that sell the same product as this store that are at least 20% less expensive than this store! I love buying local, but the prices and poor service I get from this store have driven me elsewhere. I hope changes can be made soon... Or inevitably all my friends and other upset customers will be forced to follow the national chain stores
It seems that Spokane Power Tools is tough to reach on Mondays. It appears their parts person works Tuesday thru Saturday. So if you need to talk to someone about parts on Monday morning, when you find out something is broken, it's going to be real tough and you might have to wait until Tuesday to get back up and running. Bummer......
I was recently in my local Cape True Value hardware store and I just want to say "wow!" Everyone was eager to help and they had everything I needed for my projects. I would definetly recommend this store to all my family and friends!
