My name is Victoria Young don’t ever hire this company. The reviews that are good are from them. I’m suing them, there driver came to remove snow @ the Extended Stay in Rolling Meadows. Hit another ladies car & tore mine up. Gave me the run around since number. I refuse to let the insurance pay for it. Everyone knows he did it but I got a good lawyer!! Worst snow removal service ever at the BMO bank on the corner of Smith St. & Rt. 14 in Palatine. 1-12-24 10" of snow fell and the lot was plowed once. Sidewalks are not shoveled all the way and the handicapped parking is not salted. You should not have to step over a hump of snow to enter the building. This is a very busy location. Lot was not plowed again until the following tuesday January 16th. The bank should terminate their contract for negligence.
DO NOT HIRE! I live in the Kings Walk Condos community. We just hired this company. The first major snowfall, they came out in force. They have never returned! We have elderly here that can not shovel and put salt out. They will not come back & more snow is coming. Many of us have dogs & have no where safe to walk them. Our management company is not helping us either. Please save your money & do not hire this company. If someone can refer someone for us, please respond to this message.
