These folks are fantastic - some of these supply shops aren't helpful (or outright hostile) toward DIY'ers. I have enough skill to do the work with just a couple pointers, which the Kru-Kel staff provided without me even asking like they could sense that I was 95% there and just needed a little! From the first call to leaving the store, every interaction was helpful and kind. And as others noted, prices are fair (part I got was actually 75 bucks less than I could find online!) so I'd rather support local than enrich an onlin... read more
Lots of good tools and stock.
Showed up as a regular person (not a business), and they were friendly and courteous. The person immediately found the correct part for me, and it was cheaper than the ones I saw online at the big box hardware stores.
