Amazing food. Don’t live in Sac but will make the drive for the best sushi ever. The bar makes great drinks too. Kru Old Fashioned is my favorite.

It’s the most beautiful and tasty Japanese food we’ve ever had in US other than Nobu restaurants. Service is perfect, and the kitchen looks happy and lively, their cooking is fun to watch. The sushi rice is made and seasoned to perfection, which says a lot about a Japanese restaurant. Beautiful & delicious sushi! Cocktails were great as well! I love so many things about this restaurant!! The staff was knowledgeable, friendly & efficient. There was something that caught my eye no matter where I looked. Their open shelving looks stylish while being functional. And, the mural by the restrooms is impressive. Love coming here!
Best meal I’ve ever had, felt like a Japanese queen for the day as Kru gives the most superb service. The food was delectable art, truly delicious in every way and visually stunning. Definitely a 5 star dining experience. We had the lobster roll, Kobe steak, mushroom salad, pork belly, ramen noodle with pork, California rolls, shrimp tempura rolls, miso soup, and brownie Mochi icecream dessert and all were excellent. ❤️❤️❤️ Kru is a must if you are ever in Sacramento 😋.
This is a “must” visit when in Sacramento. The sushi was fresh - presentation beautiful - and the ramen delicious!
