Wow!!! Last night I celebrated my Birthday with y'all. First the food was so sexy but the flavor profiles blew us all away. The food respected its origins while giving a creative spin on flavors, texture and product. The seasonal parsnip soup "wow wow"! The local products so fresh! But the service was stellar!
