Five days after my former oil burner service associated with my oil delivery did annual maintenance and was suppose to address a problem, my system failed. Their answering service did not answer and their mailbox was full. After several hours of trying to reach them I fortunately located KRT oil burner service. Had him come by three times and charge me $800 for oil burner issue and it still didn't work correctly. I think it actually made the burner issue worse and created a safety problem. Then he stopped taking my calls. Another oil service provider came by and fixed it for $300. No issues since then. Terrible customer service. I'd give no stars if I could.
