These salesman are a complete joke. The provide a home appraisal but can't provide and supporting data. Dishonest and elusive. They give used car salesman and politicians a bad name
Rude people and over evaluation.. 1 bedroom on 2.5 mostly beet lands in the middle of nowhere 310k.
My property increased in value 75% from their prior appraisal with no improvements! That’s outrageous.
All homes on my street got the exact same increase in assessed value, despite all the homes being different, with different amenities and styles and sizes. This company is lazy and puts zero effort in getting "market" value assessments correct. All homes were vastly overassessed and trying to explain this to them falls on deaf ears. The fact that my taxes are paying for this "service" is infuriating.
What a joke of a company. They will value your $100,000 home at $227,000 and spike your tax rate.
