I rented a garage to store my car for the winter. The garage door broke and was not able to get it closed. I tried to get in touch with the office, no answer. Repeated calls were not answered. After waiting 3 hours I called a local garage door place and they sent a guy right away. I had to pay for the call and fix it. The office finally called me 6 hours later.
