Fixed our faulty kitchen light very quickly and efficiently with a whole new one.
I signed with KRS Holdings in May of this year. My tenants moved in on July 1st, without A/C. I notified KRS about the A/C prior to the tenants moving in. KRS Holdings did not notify the tenants. The maintenance team has consistently provided me with inconsistent information and my tenants have reached out serval times for the same maintenance request. Unprofessional, blames you for miscommunication on their end, zero accountability, I’m so sick of this company, their greedy slum lords who care nothing of their tenants or their property
