I didn’t know what to expect and, quite frankly, I was a little apprehensive about speaking with a property management firm. What a nice surprise it was speaking with Kara at KRS. Down to earth, told me exactly what they would do and what I could expect. Made me feel better about the process. Would recommend Kara and KRS to anyone looking for help with their rental.
My family and I we were so happy to lease one of your properties until Mr.Wason Assisted us. My husband and I felt discouraged, discriminated and disappointed at Mr. Wason‘s allegations of income. He assumed information without getting clarification with us. We provided everything he requested in a timely manner or application was approved, but based on our experience, I would never do business with this company again.
Cleveland was great to work with. Whenever I had issues they were dealt with promptly and he was always quick to reply. I would definitely go through them again.
