Kroy was excellent to work with. Very prompt and cooperative with our changing requests. He even pushed to make the delivery within a tight deadline. Will definitely be our first choice when ordering more workbenches.
This is my second time ordering from Kroy. Our company has purchased 5 benches so far. We are very please with the quality of work and delivery. Customer service is fast to respond when questions arise. We will absolutely order more work benches from here when the time arises.

Kory was very easy to work with on a semi-custom workbench solution. Had lots of changes through the process as we figured things out. The pricing was very reasonable and the quality is pretty good. Was missing a bracket for a shelf and Kory offered to next day ship it. Goes above and beyond. Hard to find good service like this anymore!
Absolutely a pleasure to work with! KroyTech is very responsive and provides clarification and answers to all questions and product solutions. KroyTech is also quick to get in contact with manufacturers with even the slightest mishap during an installation to make sure the end users are satisfied with their purchase and all is remedied. Superior customer service with quick responses, expert product knowledge and top quality product. I work in an academic lab setting and often times our needs are outside of what you would normally find in a lab. KroyTech did a great job building custom workbenches for me. I had very unique requirements and they were able to provide all 10 of my workbenches exactly as I had hoped (including custom mitering, etc) at reasonable prices. Some of the workbenches I use every day as an ESD computer work & gaming desk. (The ESD surface is EXCELLENT!)
