Very unprofessional and unpleasant. She's always late as well, and it's the customers fault somehow 🙄. I had a 10:30 appointment and she still wasn't there by 11:30. Said it was my fault that she wasn't there sooner and that she was stopping to get us breakfast 😆. I didn't ask for breakfast, just for my hair to be done. I won't be back, and don't recommend anyone to go there.
Kiana was very nice and started my daughter on her new dreadlock’s journey . She made my daughter feel very welcome and comfortable. We will continue using her service on this dreadlock journey
