I got my car washed today. I asked for the Supreme Package, which is supposed to include all the other packages, but I barely got anything done. They just washed the exterior and did a basic interior clean—that's it. They didn't clean the side windows, steering wheel, center console—nothing was properly cleaned. I honestly don't know what I paid for. If I just wanted a basic wash, I could've done it myself. It was definitely not worth the price.
Had an appointment May 16th,2025 for Krown Rust proofing. Arrived early and they took me early and they finished under 1 hr which they said it would take, so was pleased. Cannot book rust proofing online at Thunder Bay location so it has to be done over the phone. On the Krown website they gave me a welcome coupon code for $10 off which Thunder Bay would not honor saying this was at some other Krown location and not the Thunder Bay one.
