Had an appointment May 16th,2025 for Krown Rust proofing. Arrived early and they took me early and they finished under 1 hr which they said it would take, so was pleased. Cannot book rust proofing online at Thunder Bay location so it has to be done over the phone. On the Krown website they gave me a welcome coupon code for $10 off which Thunder Bay would not honor saying this was at some other Krown location and not the Thunder Bay one. Got my vehicle done last year and it was a decent job that lasted the winter. This time i picked my truck up and decided to take a look when I got home and im not sure what I even paid for. The only oil was on a few of the body mounts, a crossmemeber and a few patchs scattered on the frame and in the wheel wells. Not a drop on rocker panels, barely any on the floor, nothing on the trunk or doors. Not to mention a few spots that they just sprayed over obvious thicker dirt build up.
