I've been going to stitchville Crown rust proofing for years I was there today for 11:15 appointment arrive and was told my appointment was in the afternoon I know my appointment was 11:15 the air was not mine my wife has treatments in the afternoon I could not booked that time and I told him that when she offered it initially but anyways no effort was made to accommodate me so I told him to cancel the appointment I left I don't plan to return I did call to speak to the manager and tell him about my unhappies and he said I w... read more
An absolute amazing place to take ur car to. Very very nice, super polite, helpful, and skillful people. Tori checked us in and out. She was very nice and polite and helpful (took her time to explain and answer every single one of my questions) and the process did not even take 30min. Their lounge area was SUPER nice. They had snacks and water and their washroom was very clean and neat. An absolute 5 !
Wow! I will be back here year after year. This place was referred to me by a trusty mechanic and I know why - What an awesome experience! The front desk ladies were so helpful and knowledgeable and the service came at a great cost (plus $10 discount if you have CAA membership)! A cute little waiting room on site with refreshments and only takes about 45 minutes to an hour if you have an appointment which are easy to make right on the phone (don't go through the website).
