It's my first experience with Krown in Gaylord. I hope everything works as advertised, time will tell. Matt was very efficient at applying the undercoating. Very knowledgeable too. It only took Matt 1 hour, which is what was quoted to me. He started on time. I was informed all along the way of expectations and the yearly maintenance. Great customer service. I will bring my vehicle back next year.
Great place to have the Krown service done Very friendly staff and a comfy waiting room with snacks. they just did my 07 Hummer H3 Even though its 18 years old it will still slow down the rust. And I think it's worth it, they explain the proses very well, and addressed all my concerns. And they did a supper job on getting everything coated to my expiations. We had our Ford Explorer oiled guarded in November. This past week, I replaced my brakes pads on the Explorer, as I do my own brake jobs and I noticed after I removed the wheels there is absolutely no oil on the parts in back of the wheels including suspension and frame. Looks like they only did the doors, tailgate and hood sections, areas most people can see.
What a difference in service and well worth the drive As compared to the service received at the Laird location last year . Theses guys ensures that the entire car is done properly so you are 100% satisfied. Thank you once again !

Krown made an absolute mess of my new vehicle. I went out to find it just covered in oil, windows and everything although it looked like they had tried to rinse it off. You can still see it there even after taking it to the car wash. Found oil in the interior as well. I've had vehicles oil sprayed in the past and they didn't come back to me in this condition. Sloppy work. Not happy.

The tech Ray was jerk to my son, slammed the door to my truck because he had to move it because it was in the way and then threw the keys at him. The customer service is terrible and very rude. Find another provider for this service.
