I’ve been a tenant here for the past three years and couldn't be happier. The management team is responsive and truly cares about the tenant experience, it’s been a stress-free place to call home!!
I have been residing at one of their properties for less than a year. So far so good. I currently have a mice issue, which is very common in the down town area. After contacting the Maintenance Department, I was able to get an appointment with Pest control within 24 hours of reporting the problem. They also booked surveillance of the issue for a month or so for now! I am very happy with the results. Mice are not fun to deal with nor would I like to clean them up. lol
