We lived in a property managed by Krown for 2.5 years, and during the entire period our experience was excellent. Absolutely impossible to deal with...mixed nessages and difficult to reach re: consistent info. Had no issues with Perennial Mgnt. The problems began the minute Krown took over. I would never recommend buying a condo if Krown is overseeing mngnt.
