My entire experience was good Service: front desk they are friendly, the explanation with photos is awesome My vehicle is treated very well they even provide me photos of car condition. The only problem I had is one of the technician I think his name is Ca*** according to his name tag. He shouted at me last time and have some opinions on my car but that’s not fair for one guy to affect the while team so I deducted 1 star
I have come this location for several years. This time is a new guy sitting on the front desk. He is good, a reasonable guy. If you are polite like me, I think you will get a same service. When I am waiting I see some guys looking for some free stuff in which no promotion is ongoing, looking for the lock in price which is no longer valid (since they miss some years.)
