I have been going here for three years now. It went well for the first couple of times. It seems they left some major spots under the car around the rear beam area.
They damaged my windshield last year when spraying for Krown rust control, but accused me of doing so before I arrived. I had a new windshield installed 8 days prior but had to go through insurance to get another replacement after they put a crater in the glass. The mechanic next door to Krown inspected the damage and verified that it could not have been caused by a rock and must have been due to a metallic object.
