Front Desk Receptionist, Jane Ralola, is unable to manage patient records accurately, and she creates a hostile environment towards patients and staff while discriminating towards one's race, religion, and national origin. This entire office needs serious interventions and training that aligns to the Code of Conduct.
I had a gnarly ankle fracture 4 years ago. It was a very complicated surgery, with a surprise ligament tear that was discovered once I was opened up. He put me back together and placed a non-elastic rope/twine in my ankle for the ligament. The purpose of this is that my mobility could increase as apposed to screwing everything in place. I am now completely healed (praise be to God) and Dr. Krosser did an amazing job with my surgery. Highly recommend!
I was scheduled for a 2:30pm appointment. I arrived at 2:20pm. At 2:52pm I was called back into the exam room. At 3:35pm I left the exam room. I even registered online the day prior to expedite my arrival. During the entire time I waited not one person came into the exam room to tell me what was going on. I received a call from the office at 4:10pm. Does this mean this is when they realized I was not in the exam room? If I had a medical emergency in that room, would anyone have known?
