I struggle with stress which mainly affects my shoulders and neck. With Kelly's guidance I've been able to manage this and other pains as they arise. She also taught me to listen to my body and understand it better and to prepare it for stressful situations in advance to avoid tension and pain. Highly recommended if you are committed to life-long change.
I don’t usually write reviews, but I have to say Kelly is just amazing! She truly cares about her patients, and will go above and beyond and will give you all the time you need.
