Very disappointing situation with Kross Auto would not recommend getting a car from them. Very unorganized and lack of communication. I went in to put in a deposit on my car and had an appointment to finalize a deal with them. Got a call a few days later claiming from one of the dealers claiming he was off for a couple days and that my car had been sold to someone else. Don’t know how that communication gets lost but was very frustrated that no one knew my car had been held. Glad to be taking my business elsewhere.
I had an absolutely terrible experience at Kross Auto I purchased a Car listed for $8400 made a deal for $7500 all of a sudden I had a financial crisis and asked him a few days after purchasing it would they return it I would even take $1000 off but they told me the car was only worth $2000 after paying them 7500 for it Don’t buy a car here they’re scammers

Stopped in to get an oil change they were able to get me in right away, we had a nice conversation with a gentleman who works there. Very friendly and courteous atmosphere, I highly recommend this place to everyone.
The whole Kross group hands down offer the best service out there. It's hard to find a company that cares, this team treats you like family.
