Fully replaced our old ac and furnace with a complex 2-zone automated system and it has been extremely impressive. Bought new A/C system. Quote was reasonable and phone communications was great. Everything installed and working. Even fixed a loose panel that came off the original casing. The guys answered all my questions and were very courteous.
I had installed furnace and AC in 2026. The service from Tim, Betty, Zach and Justin was phenomenally great!! Overall I just cannot express the superb work and customer service with them! The team went beyond my expectations and if I could I would give them 10 stars! I extremely recommend them for your HVAC service.
I was in need of an AC recharge. Tim arrived first thing in the morning to recharge my AC unit and head pointed out that it’s the last time we recharging this unit. I’ve been using them for years and they’ve been helping me keep my old unit alive for a while now. We used Krope and Son previously at our home in Lisle for annual tune-ups and again in our new home in Naperville, including maintenance on our boiler system. Betty is always kind and helpful on the phone. Tim (the owner) and his son provided a fair quote for a heat pump and installed it last summer. Unfortunately, after it was installed, it stopped working approximately six different times and follow-up visits were needed.
