Customers deserve to be heard and treated with basic respect, especially during returns. Sadly, that courtesy was not extended to me. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend renting a car from this place, no matter how good the marketing appears. It only takes one negative interaction to overshadow many good ones. I have rented cars on three different occasions, and despite all the 1-star reviews, I’ve never had any problems with the management. On one occasion, I had a breakdown, and the owner himself drove his Mustang to me and fixed the car. In another case, I had a minor accident when someone reversed into me in a car park, and again, they handled the paperwork and sorted the issue out. I will definitely be returning to these guys.
