I got a rental car from krooz on last Thursday and the car is dirty as it is Today i go to return car ( i did go to self service carwash) and this scam company still charge me 45$ for cleaning fee, avoid if possible
These guys are the best! Straight forward No lease or lock in contract! But make sure you inspect the veichle checks tire pressure most importantly
Very unprofessional and deceptive rental car company.... I would definitely keep away. I rented a car for ride share and the car they gave to me ended up braking down after a day.
