The plumbing issue I had was quickly resolved. Very satisfied!
We got a complete system (ac, furnace and replaced duct work) the guys were friendly, knowledgeable, respectful of our property, on time everyday. Got it done in 2 1/2 days. I would recommend them 100% Mike and his crew were great!
I'm gonna try and keep this short and sweet. I would not hire them again for an inspection. I had a plumbing and hvac inspection done for a home purchase. Neither were able to find MAJOR problems that were discovered later on after we had already bought the home. There was no infrared scanner used to see major water damage, didn't notice all the sink traps were done incorrectly so they don't drain right, none of the ductwork was done correctly and the heat doesn't work on our main floor, no snake cam ran through plumbing so ... read more
This was not my first time calling upon Krooswyk to assist with plumbing issues at my home. They sent someone, with an apprentice within a matter of a couple of days. They had an idea of what type of repair I was going to require, and had (most of) the parts required to repair the issue. Both the tech and the apprentice were polite, honest, professional, and performed top-notch repairs same day for a very reasonable price.
