The plumbing installation and repair work was excellent. However, I was disappointed that their credit/debit system didn't work on my card (software issue?). I had to take a trip to their office and they scanned my physical debit card. It worked with no issues. Jason, it is good customer service to apologize to your customers if they are inconvenienced. And perhaps upgrade your credit/debit card system so your installers can have a mobile unit that gives immediate verification.
Great service. Very detail oriented. Communication was excellent where everything was explained. We joined the silver club.

Quality craftsmanship. Your guys did an outstanding job. However, I failed to receive any kind of paperwork regarding warranties, owners manual, etc., etc..
