Even though it was a little pricey for me, I still wouldn't call anyone but Krooswyk for the work I need done. M was great in figuring what the problem was with my furnace. I will always recommend them.
So close to a 5 star review. We were happy with the speed of installation of our new furnace. The gentleman that installed the new furnace were very kind. They ran into an issue and were apparently out of stock of a sensor they needed. They said once they got it in stock they would be back to install it. Fast forward almost a month and we heard nothing from them. My husband called and was informed that they took the job "off the whiteboard." I had an emergency water break in my basement and Jason sent Kyler right out on a Sunday. He evaluated situation, planned to replace everything with updated parts and materials, had all the parts and fixed everything on the spot for a great Sunday rate Great Job. Dan P
