Your drivers should be trained to not pull into residential drives to turn around. Your driver uses my drive to turn around while working across the street. Pull into your customer's drive!!!!

Came out quickly to diagnose an AC problem and 1-1/2 hours later it was determined it was the fan motor. Quote to replace the motor was $1700 and did not have the part with them. Called another business and it was $600 fixed the next day. $1100 difference? Somethings terribly wrong here.

We have used this company for over 30 years. Just had service representative Chris Lueck do routine maintenance on our system. Very knowledgeable. Explained all work he did. Clean in appearance. Left area closed up and clean. Would recommend Kron & West and their service technician Chris Lueck.

Recently moved back to Riverview FL and needed my HVAC system checked out. By pure happenstance, Technician Antonio from Kron and West lives nearby and has been servicing the system for the past few years. Antonio was fantastic, explained everything and work very hard during the time he spent on my system. He was thorough and took the time explaining to me any issues he saw before he remedied them. He was on time, super polite, and friendly. Great job Antonio! See you in a few months! Highly recommend Kron and West!
