Unreasonably expensive. I was charged over $500 for about 1 hr for checking leak in one area of my AC unit. Respond was quick but, way too expensive. I would check other vendors for more reasonable prices.

Will never use this companies service simply due to the fact their drivers are terrible and cut up traffic in their big vans. Van 67 is probably one of the worst. Here's hoping you total that van and stop putting other people on the road in danger.

Update: This will be the third year that I've been with Kron & West and I continue to enjoy working with the company. Today, Chris Lueck came out to service the system and his attention to detail, thoroughness, and knowledge of everything HVAC was outstanding. I called them for a non-functioning AC and they were able to show up same day and fix the issue. I think the technician's name was Dave. He was great. Highly recommended.
